Showers of blessings

Acts 1:9 "And when HE had said this, even as they were looking [at HIM], HE Ascended - HE was caught up, and a cloud received and carried HIM away out of their sight."
This is JESUS when HE Ascended into Heaven.
Every year we celebrate Easter, then after 40 days we celebrate Ascension, then after 50 days we celebrate Pentecost. The time we are in now is between Ascension and Pentecost.
What do we remember and celebrate on Easter? We remember and celebrate the suffering of CHRIST at the hands of sinners, HIS horrible death on the Cross, Burial and HIS Resurrection.
Then Scripture reveals to us that HE showed HIMSELF to HIS Disciples for 40 Days and HE Ascended into Heaven. HE send down the HOLY SPIRIT on the 50th day - Pentecost. We are between Ascension and Pentecost right now. These are some of the significant Christian Holy Days among others not mentioned, and we remember and celebrate them every year.
Please take note that whenever there is Easter holiday, it's not time to do our own things, but it's time to reflect on the Finished work at Calvary. It was through that finished work that saved us from the bondage of sin and misery. Your CHRIST-like identity came from there.
Therefore let us recommit ourselves to our GOD through faith in JESUS so that the HOLY SPIRIT will enable us to do the Will of GOD. Amen.
