Just in case people don't believe the authenticity of Jesus as the messiah and the son of God, there are things that are testimonies here on earth. The work of the spirit, the water baptism and the blood(his death).
Even if you may fail to believe in Jesus, at least what happened at his baptism, his death on the cross and the work of the spirit have to convince you. They are our earthly evidence that proves the Christ.
Believe that Jesus is the Christ and you will be saved.
