*𝘔𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘸 4:4*

There are more Bibles in print than ever before, but a Bible on the shelf is   worthless.

Most believers are plagued with spiritual anorexia, starving to death from spiritual malnutrion.

To be a healthy disciple of Jesus, feeding on God's word must be your first priority.

Jesus called it "𝗔𝗯𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 " He said, if you abide in my word,  than you are trully disciples of mine.

In a day to day living, abiding in Gods word includes 3 activities i want to share with u this morning.

1. 𝐈 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲.

The Bible must become the authoritative standard for my life.

The compass I relay on for direction, the counsel I listern to for making decisions, and benchmark I use for evaluating everything.

Decide that regardless of culture, tradition, reasons, or emotion, you choose the Bible as your final authority.

Determine to first ask, What does the Bible say when making decisions.

Resolve that when God says to do something, you will trust God's word.

2. 𝙄 𝙢𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙞𝙩𝙨 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙩𝙝.

Its not enough just to believe the Bible, I must fill my mind with it so that the Holy Spirit can transform me with the truth.

3. 𝑰 𝒎𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒍𝒚 𝒊𝒕𝒔 𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒔.

Receiving, reading, researching, remembering, and reflecting on the Word are useless if we fail to put them in practice.

We must became "𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝".

This is the hardest step of all, because Satan fights it so  intensely.

Satan does not mind you going to Bible studies, to play instruments, kuimba as long you don't do anything with what you learn satan is happy.

Without implementation of what you have learned all the bible studies are worthless.

Be blessed.
