Ingredients
1 kilo of ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup dry breadcrumbs
garlic and parsley
salt and pepper
200 grams of sliced ham
200 grams of sliced cheese
200 grams of clean, cut spinach leaves
Steps
In a large bowl, combine the meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper or any other seasoning you like.
In a tray lined with aluminum foil, spread the meat covering the entire tray.
Arrange the ham on top, followed by the cheese.
Add the spinach leaves on top of the cheese.
Roll up gently.
Layer bacon on the roll and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven, remove aluminum foil and return to the oven.
Bake at 180 ° C for another 25 minutes or until the bacon is golden.
