*Lemon Butter Fish*

This recipe is simply the best, its creamy, lemony, succulent and just perfect.
1. Marinate 500g hake fillets in 3 Tblspn Mayonnaise, 1 tsp lemon pepper, 1 tsp green masala, 1 tsp garlic and 1 tsp robertsons fish spice.
2. Place in oven proof dish and bake on 180 covered with foil for 10 minutes then remove foil and bake a further 10 minutes.
3. Make sauce by adding 125ml fresh cream, half a fresh lemon squeezed, sprinkle of parsley, sprinkle of lemon pepper spice and 3 Tblspn Butter.
Microwave until it boils then take out and pour over fish.
ENJOY with spicy rice and chips.
