The Pastor's Kitchen: Savoury Rice

 *INGREDIENTS* 


2 cups rice, uncooked

1 green pepper, cut up

1 pkt mushrooms, halved

2 onions, chopped

1 tin mixed veggies

10 ml mixed herbs

5 ml tumeric

10 ml salt



 *INSTRUCTIONS* 


Place rice in pot with 1L of water, tumeric and salt.


Cook till rice is done.

In another pot with a little heated oil fry onion, green pepper and mushrooms together with the mixed veg and herbs.


When rice is done mix in the onion mixture.

Serve warm.
