The Pastor's Kitchen: Lacto Scones

Ingredients

Lacto 250ml

Cake flour 625g

Castor sugar 75g

Butter 63g

Baking powder 30g

Vanilla essence 5ml

Whole eggs 2



Mix all dry ingredients and butter to form a sandy mixture.


Add eggs, lacto and vanilla essence.


Roll the dough evenly


Cut into preferred shapes


Egg wash and bake at 170 degrees for 10 - 15 mins.


They so soft and very fluffy.
