STRENGTH FOR TODAY

Hebrews13:8
"Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever."
Currencies are changed, books are revised, applications are updated, and feelings disappear but God remains the same forever. The music you once loved has now become a thing of the past and your heart has found love in another. The clothes you once cherished has now become outmoded and your eyes have found a new love in another.
The friends you once adored are saying goodbye, some remain unseen, and you keep making new ones. The taste you had for a food yesterday has changed and now you crave for a new one. The certificate you once worked for is not sufficient for you and you dream to improve it with a new one. Nothing in this world satisfies except God.
Everything changes with time except God—there'll never be a new God except the same good, compassionate, and loving God. His promises are sure and unfailing. He will be your God as He was to Abraham and will save you in your situation as He saved Daniel if you put your faith in Him. Trust the never-changing-unfailing God (Jeremiah 33:3; Isaiah. 40:8).
