Motivation Express

This week has been loaded with stories of peer pressure, directly or indirectly.
Getting married for the wrong reasons, becoming rich through unethical means, unrealistic expectations for Valentine's Day, the list is endless.
It got me wondering if we actually give ourselves time to figure out the effects of the decisions we make.
Of course, the immediate results are always good enough: the Mrs title, getting society's pressure off your back, having money to go on all the trips you want and Instagram content of a big bouquet of roses wrapped in money.
But to what end? Is this the person you want to spend your life with, can you bae afford it, why should you take a life to have the life you want?
_To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:_ Ecclesiastes 3:1
Don't succumb to peer pressure for short-lived results. Commit your plans unto the Lord and He will answer your prayers.
