JESUS IS LORD

✝ Acts 2:36

"Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ."

What a strong challenge and declaration  from Peter!. He made it clear to his listeners then, and to us now, that God did not make Jesus Christ just Lord no, but he also made him both Saviour and the Christ. First condemned but, then approved and endorsed into even a higher office.

The whole world looks up to him for Salvation. Yes, that is why he said, _"I am the way the truth and the life."_ Without going through him no one goes to the father. 

That really makes him Lord. Crucified, dead and buried but, rose from the grave. If he defeated death and the grave, what other challenge would be difficult for him. As a believer and follower of this Jesus, we are confident of his guidance and protection. We trust all his promises. We keep inviting many to believe in him and get all the blessings and benefits he offers. 

The Jesus who was crucified is the Christ and the saviour of the world. Amen
