Wednesday showers of blessings come from Colossians 3:16 "Let the Word of CHRIST dwell in you richly; in all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your heart to the LORD."
Before the Word dwells, we must let it in by reading and lestening to it. When the Word is in you, it becomes familiar to you, and that is the same Word The HOLY SPIRIT reminds you and reveal to you its mysteries. This Word in you, is the same Word you use to admonish and teach others. When you are empty, with no Word, you cannot teach and admonish others. This Word in you compels you to appreciate GOD'S incredible love and plan for you. Through this, thankfulness erupts from within your heart causing an overflow of joyful singing in the form psalms, hymns and spiritual songs. It's an outward expression of the inside joy caused by the Word in you. Let us there never neglect to let the Word in and dwell there. Amen.
