Monday showers of blessings come from 1 Thessalonians 1:2 We always give thanks to God for all of you, mentioning you in our prayers,
3 remembering without ceasing your work of faith and labour of love and perseverance of hope in our LORD JESUS CHRIST, before our GOD and FATHER."
"We" refers to Paul Silvanos and Timothy. The use of the Word always reveals that these Brethren were constant in prayer. One thing they would not forget is mentioning Thessalonians among other Churches they interceded for. What motivated them to unceasingly pray for them is their work of faith, Labour of love and perseverance of hope in our LORD JESUS CHRIST. When I reflected on this Scripture I realised how important it is to have work of faith and labour of love and persevering in the LORD. This is what makes us true Body of CHRIST. As we begin the week let us also take the challenge to walk in these footsteps. This will keep the Kingdom of GOD expanding. Amen.
