Tuesday showers of blessings come from 1 Thessalonians 2:3-4 "For our exhortation is not of error, nor of uncleanness, nor in Deception. But even as we have been approved by GOD to be entrusted with the Good News, so we speak: not as pleasing men, but GOD, who tests our hearts."
Paul is defending his preaching. Some people had accused him of preaching a false message, claiming that he had impure motives and was using deception to gain the Thessalonians' trust. Paul dismissed these accusations and further reveal how GOD has validated him and entrusted him with the Gospel. Brethren in our faith walk, we encounter a lot of accusations, blames, hurts, hate, rejection and so on. We can learn from Paul's approach to the matter. It is good not to respond to accusers, haters, but you can explain to those who are fed with wrong information so that they are exposed to truth. Another lesson, don't breakdown when you get false accusations, rejected, hated, blamed and so on. GOD allows such to put your faith on test. When you overcome, you will be stronger than before. May the LORD be with you in season of trials. Amen.
Blessings and Shalom
