Tuesday showers of blessings come from 1 Thessalonians 2:11-12 "As you know, we exhorted, comforted, and implored every one of you, as a father does his own children, to the end that you should walk worthily of GOD, who calls you into HIS own Kingdom and glory."
Paul was the Spiritual Father to the Thessalonians. He compares his relationship with them to that of a fathers and son. That relationship compelled him to exhort, comfort and implore them as a father does to his son. The motive was to encourage them to walk worthily of the Gospel of GOD. Why? Because they are called into HIS own Kingdom and Glory. Let put across some thought provoking question.
How do you explain your relationship with other Brethren? What's your motive in sharing the Gospel? Are you fully convinced that you are called into GOD'S Kingdom and Glory? We bless the LORD that we can Learn from what Apostles demonstrated to us. Amen.
