Hebrews 10:36
[36]For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise:
Perseverence in Christ
Christians conformed to the image of Christ,are like Him and born of the Spirit.We are called to sufferings and trials which require patience to bear afflictions.Two other ingredients of patience are Obedience and humility which keep the spirit calm and submissive.
Christians receive reward for remaining true to God's will.Receiving promises from God depends on endurance.Enduring things for a higher end develops character in the Christian life.Fellowship with Christ in His suffering is a condition of reigning with Him.
Prayer
Lord Jesus Christ we come before your throne that we may perservere in your name,Amen.
