Wednesday showers of blessings come from 1 Thessalonians 5:14 "And we earnestly beseech you, brethren, admonish, warn and seriously advise those who are out of line [the disorderly, and the unruly - vasina kurongeka]; encourage the timid and fainthearted, help and give your support to the weak souls, and be very patient with everybody."
Scripture teaches all believers to take responsibility in the Gospel. Everything should not be left to the Leaders or Pastors. In the Church there are people who are out of line, idle, disruptive and disorderly. When you identify these people, warn them, beseech them, admonish them, and seriously advice them. The Pastor might not see this but you can take part in this cause of the Gospel, so that the Body of CHRIST will continue to be edified.
Secondly, in the Church, there are people who are discouraged, hopeless disheartened, and weak. They need to be encouraged by fellow Brethren. Don't turn a blind and ignore. This shouldn't be left for Pastors only. You are all equipped to serve GOD in own unique way. Don't be too quick to expect to see results, be patient with everyone whom you are helping. The word of hope is a seed you plant, it shall definitely germinate though it might take time. Amen.
