Monday showers of blessings come from 2 Thessalonians 3:1-2 "Finally, brothers and sisters, pray continually for us that the word of the LORD will spread rapidly and be honored triumphantly celebrated and glorified, just as it was with you; and pray that we will be rescued from perverse and evil men; for not everyone has the faith."
The devil has always been hindering the Gospel from spreading. How? Through many ways including perverse and evil men. Paul exhort believers to pray for him and other Brethren who were spreading the Gospel to be rescued from evil men and that the LORD enable it to spread even in unfavourable conditions. We still have this burden on our hearts to pray for Brethren being persecuted for the Gospel and we still pray that every evil plan to stop the Gospel is destroyed. Amen.
