Preach the gospel of Jesus Christ in the same way He did it. Don't deviate from the True Gospel
1 Corinthians 3
10. 'Because of God’s grace to me, I have laid the foundation like an expert builder. Now others are building on it. But whoever is building on this foundation must be very careful.
11. For no one can lay any foundation other than the one we already have—Jesus Christ.'
Verse 11 of today's scripture quotation carries a strong warning for those who have a tendency of preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ with the aim of distorting the True Gospel which brings salvation to the intended repentants. The Bible warns us of false prophets preaching false doctrines, and this is found in many books of the Bible. While it's important to preach about securing worldly riches, there has developed a preaching phenomenon which is increasingly taking over preaching salvation for eternity, and I am sure this might be what Paul saw during his evangelism era. The world is seized with many people who are targeting preaching of the gospel, normally not according to how Jesus Christ did, for self enrichment. With job opportunities increasingly dwindling, quite a number of people are thinking venturing into the gospel preaching field where the perceptions are more driven by the instant income earned from congregants 'contributions to God'. False faith healers rule the roost as they capitalize on psychological mental instability of their healing seeking followers. I have, and I think you too have, witnessed many people leaving their orthodoxy denominations while running to be the first on a queue for a new Man of God coming to their areas who they don't know anything about. This exposes one's weak prayer life. Be careful whom to go to when you want to be saved from your sinful actions. The assumption that if one goes to anyone said to be Man of God they will soon be healed of their dysfunctional relations with significant others usually ends up with many disappointments. First, settle your animosities with those you have disagreements so that when you seek total healing it will be based on divine intercession by Jesus Christ. Unless one's preaching is centred on the True Gospel of Jesus Christ, this warning about what or who one listens to stands beckoning them to be careful about who is feeding them with what spiritual material, (are you being fed with the Word of God or Satan's?). You don't have to prove yourself to be such a gullible follower of Jesus Christ who is predisposed to be swayed around by any preacher who comes about wearing wolf's instead of sheep's skin. It is a choice one makes to either get pre-information from the scriptures or to believe that there are others who will read the Word of God better for them to understand how to be saved. By constantly and consistently reading and meditating on the Word of God, one is filled with the Holy Sprit to be more inclined to understanding the will of God. True salvation comes from accessing true information about the True Gospel of Jesus Christ. So, believer in Christ Jesus, make it your prayer and worshipful habit to seek those who are truly sent to preach the True Gospel of salvation about Jesus Christ. Live your life in accordance with God's designed purpose for you. Eternal life is not a mystical science, it is the Truth God has revealed in Christ Jesus whom He caused to live again after impaled on the Cross. Good morning believer in Christ Jesus?
