Bring it on the knees
*Joh 14:16 KJV And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; *Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
Before Jesus departed back to glory, He assured the disciples and the church of the Holy Spirit. And scripture says, it's impossible for God to lie, meaning this promise of Jesus had to come to pass by all means.
In fact, in *Act 1:4 KJV And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me.*
It ceased just to be a promise but now, He commands the disciples not to depart from Jerusalem but wait for Him(Holy Spirit) until He has comes.
Mind you, Jesus never gave the disciples a timeframe of when He was to come.
Child of God, when God promises, His promises are sure deal for they must come to pass but not until you evoke spirituality, there's no guarantee that it will come to pass through you.
See the next thing the disciples did to bring to pass that which the master had promised.
Act 1:14 KJV These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren.
They engaged God in fervent prayer and supplication, they no rest to heavens, they became restless, desperate in the upper until God had to do something concerning their petition. Bring it on the knee, knees don't lie.
We cannot wait for mid year to see results of 2023, let petition heaven now for our answers.
