_1 Corinthians 1:27,29_
_27 But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; [29]that no flesh should glory in His presence._
*Serve with humility*
God is not man, He does not consider status or even ability. He bestows His spirit of excellence upon the unlearned and the despised. The spirit of God will descent upon a child while the elderly are present. It takes a discerning eye to recognize the answers you are searching for because God will bring them through an unexpected source.
With discernment must come a spirit of humility to be able to listen and follow God's direction. We do not want to find ourselves outside of His will by taking the glory that belongs only to Him. When God uses the people we deem to be unworthy, we must be humble enough to accept His choice, after all,we all belong to Him and must be used at His discretion.
*Prayer*
Oh Lord, I bow down to your will. May anything inside me that exalts itself above your name be humbled so that you may be glorified..Amen.
