Friday showers of blessings come from Genesis 24:12-48 "Then he prayed, “O LORD, GOD of my master Abraham, give me success today, and show kindness to my master Abraham ......... and I bowed down and worshiped the LORD. I praised the LORD, the GOD of my master Abraham, who had led me on the right road to get the granddaughter of my master’s brother for his son."
One of the Kingdom principles is to dwell in prayer trusting GOD for everything. Eliazer prayed for the woman his master's son would marry. And the LORD granted his prayer. Vs 48. he gave a thanksgiving prayer. He acknowledged GOD and worshiped HIM. Because of his relationship with the LORD, he would entrust his desire to the LORD Iin prayer. Prayer had become his habit - way of living. Do we really pray for everything as Christians? Does our children pray for their partners or they just engage in relationships and marry? When you trust GOD even with the least things, HE guides you. Let it be our habit of dwelling in prayer and trusting GOD even in things we think are insignificant. Amen.
Blessings and Shalom
