Worship in spirit and truth

_John 4:23-24_

_[23]But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.[24]God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”_ 

*Worship in spirit and truth* 

God is seeking for true worshippers who will stand on the path of righteousness and refuse to sway either to the left or to the right. It is time to be upright in our hearts for the times are perilous. The devil is making a last ditch effort to snatch the ignorant and the naive in the things of God. We continue to be urged to watch and pray and to be wise in all our dealings.

Above all, children of God must connect to the Holy Spirit through true worship. Maintain the connection with God that keeps you under the shadow of his protection. Remain steadfast in prayer and meditation upon the word. Yes, the upright face hardships but God promises to carry them through if they remain in constant communion with him.

*Prayer*

I commit to true worship and truth and ask that you help me to remain steadfast and unwavering oh Lord. Hold me up and steady with your righteous right hand. Amen
