Making Choices

 *Genesis 13:10-11*

10 Lot looked up and saw that the whole plain of the Jordan was well watered, like the garden of the LORD, like the land of Egypt, toward Zoar. (This was before the LORD destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah.)

11 So Lot chose for himself the whole plain of the Jordan and set out toward the east. The two men parted company:

*MAKING CHOICES*

When we make choices there are things which draw our  attention. Our eyes see the physical, which does not give us a complete picture because it's limited. If we just focus on the choice being considered without God's guidance, we will make the wrong choices. Lot was given the first preference to choose, but it turned out not to be an advantage. If we read further on in the Chapter, God instructed Abram to look up. May we hear God instructions when making choices. Not everything is what it appears to be. 

*PRAYER*

Lord help me to make the right choices. May I wait upon your instructions and act according to these.
