~ Everything is not power. Power without knowledge will lead you to abuse privilege.
~ Anointing without attitude makes you misbehave.
~ Without training, you can't be a balanced minister of the gospel.
~ Ability to relate well with people is also very important. This calls for skills in communication, management and leadership.
~ Every minister should be well trained with a balanced perspective.
~ All mature believers can command signs and wonders. But you need training to become mature (Mk 16:17-18).
~ Demonstration of power only impresses spiritual infants. Mature believers are not impressed by signs and wonders because they can also operate in the supernatural (Mk 16:17-18).
~ As a minister, if you cannot give new spiritual experience which is gotten from Rhema to your followers, the mature believers in your midst may desert you.
~ Do not rely on past glory (Ichabod).
~ Zeal without knowledge is destructive.
~ Professionals are highly trained.
~ A fivefold minister is a spiritual expert who should be highly trained.
~ As a minister of the gospel, you have a heavy - duty assignment.
~ It is one thing to be anointed; it is another thing to be trained. Anointing without adequate training will lead to abuse of power.
~ Training without anointing makes you an empty theologian.
~ How can you give a soldier a gun without training them?
~ How can you put a pilot on a jet without training them?
~ How can you consult an untrained doctor for surgery?
~ How can you expect an untrained lawyer to win a court case for you?
~ God will not send you on an assignment without adequate training.
~ Why? Because you will misbehave.
~ Be sure of your calling and put all it takes (total dedication) in order to fulfill your ministry (Col 4:17).
~ And make sure you are properly trained.
I welcome you to the realm of the prophetic, where all things are possible (Mk 9:23).
Apostle A LEE
