*Joshua 8:3-4*.
_So Joshua and the whole army moved out to attack Ai. He chose thirty thousand of his best fighting men and sent them out at night with these orders: "Listen carefully. You are set to ambush behind the city. Don't go very far from it. All of you be on the alert._
*Be alert*
Like Joshua and his army we are in a battlefied. The enemy is ready for war. We thank God our commander who sees the plots of the enemy. Our spiritual antennas should be alert. There is no complacency in the battlefield. We should be ready to take orders from our commander.
*Prayer*
Lord help us to be alert and act swiftly to your orders. Amen
