The Humanitarian Services and Diakonia Department (HSD) of the Zimbabwe Council of Churches recently organized a comprehensive three-day workshop at the Margolis Resort in Harare.
Attended by staff members from both the head office and field offices across the country, along with senior management team members, the workshop aimed to assess the progress of various departmental programs.
In addition to reviewing program outcomes, participants underwent a refresher on organizational policies.
The workshop also included team-building activities designed to enhance communication, foster cohesion, and promote collaborative problem-solving among team members, thereby bolstering teamwork within the department.
