The ZHOCD will be having dialogues across the country on the current Disability Bill starting with Mat North and Masvingo Province from the 1st of March to the 10th of March 2024.The Disability Bill is an important milestone in the alignment of the 2013 Bill to the Constitution. The Bill is bordered on Human rights based approach to disability, fundamental rights and freedoms of PWDs. The Human rights approach is a progressive way as it view disability as part of human diversity that must be supported in all its forms.
