*Luke 5:20*
_And when He saw their faith He said, "Man, your sins are forgiven you"._
A group of men came with their paralyzed friend to where Jesus was teaching. Having found no way to enter because of the crowd they climbed onto the roof and lowered their friend at Jesus' feet. Their action was the result of their faith that once they got Jesus' attention, their friend would be healed. And it happened that when Jesus saw their faith, He healed their friend.
Jesus always responds to faith in that manner. "He who believes in him will not be ashamed" 1Peter 2:6. So, whether we pray for ourselves or for others, we need not to doubt but have faith that He will hear us and answer our prayers.
*Prayer*
Lord Jesus, thank you for being the author and finisher of our faith. Please do increase our faith in times when we are failing and beginning to doubt. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
