*John 15:4*
*Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me.*
Jesus is the source of all things. John 1:1 says that apart from him nothing was created. Everything in the world exists for him and through him, us as human beings included. For this reason, in order for us to lead really fruitful lives, we have to stay connected to him. For, only when we are connected to the source, can we produce the fruits that we should produce. Let us therefore remain in Christ so that he remains in us also, so that we bring forth fruit.
*Prayer*
We thank you oh God for giving us your Son, through whom we can produce fruits that remain for generations to come. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
