BLUE ROOF CORPS GETS TECH BOOST

In a joyous and momentous occasion, The Salvation Army Chiwaridzo Corps, Bindura Division fondly known as the ‘Blue Roof Corps’, celebrated the dedication of a cutting-edge PA system and generator on Sunday, 02 June 2024.
Divisional Commander Major Absolom Makanga officiated at the ceremony, hailing the Corps’ progress as a testament to unified purpose and vision in serving the Lord.
The PA system was purchased through the selfless efforts of the Corps members, while the Chiwaridzo Men’s Ministries generously donated the generator.
Major Makanga commended the Men’s Ministries for their thoughtful contribution, ensuring uninterrupted services despite electricity challenges.
“This PA system and generator will revolutionize our worship experiences and community outreach.
“We are grateful for the Corps’ investment and the Men’s Ministries generosity, which will amplify our message and expand our reach.” Major Makanga said.
The PA system, deemed one of the best in the Division, will enhance services in the Church hall, crusades, open-air meetings, funerals, and weddings.
The generator will provide a reliable power source, ensuring continuous ministry and community activities.
Under the leadership of Major Shayamano, Chiwaridzo soldiers have been working tirelessly to complete their newly built hall, expected to be the largest worship center in Bindura Division upon its completion.
