Zimbabwe Council of Churches in Another Goodwill Gesture

 Last week, the Zimbabwe Council of Churches (ZCC) with support from the Finnish Evangelical Lutheran Mission (Felm) distributed Corn Soya Blend (CSB) porridge to 1,800 beneficiaries who included children under 5 years and Pregnant and Lactating Women (PLW). The emergency supplementary feeding program is being implemented in Gwanda, Zvishavane, and Mwenezi districts as part of the church’s response to the rising hunger and malnutrition levels among vulnerable households in Zimbabwe due to the El Nino-induced drought.
