_to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel. Hear the Heavenly Voice_
The blood of Jesus is superior to the sacrifices of the old covenant. The blood of Abel, representing the sacrificial system under the Mosaic law, could not fully atone for sin. But the blood of Jesus provides a superior means of redemption and reconciliation with God.
The blood of Jesus "speaks a better word." Unlike the blood of animal sacrifices that could only temporarily cover sin, the blood of Jesus speaks a message of full forgiveness, cleansing, and restoration. It declares a new and better covenant.
The key lesson is to recognize and have faith in the supreme, transformative power of the blood of Jesus. It is the essential foundation for our salvation, our relationship with God, and our ability to draw near to Him,Amen.
