Pride Leads To Downfall

_"When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with the humble is wisdom."_

The lesson is that pride leads to downfall, while humility is paired with wisdom. Proverbs often contrasts these two character traits, showing that humility is the wiser and more beneficial path. Rather than arrogance and an inflated sense of self. 

The implication is that we should strive for humility over pride in our own lives. Admitting our limitations and being open to instruction from others is a sign of wisdom, while stubbornly clinging to our own views out of pride is foolish and invites negative consequences,Amen.
