Salvation Army Member Dies In Kuwadzana Horrific Crash

KUWADZANA ACCIDENT VICTIM LAID TO REST

Aleck Dambaza, 37, a victim of the recent Kuwadzana accident, was laid to rest yesterday at Nyava 8 km off Shamva road.


Dambaza was a devoted member of Dzivarasekwa Citadel in Harare West Division, serving as Men's Fellowship Secretary. 


He was also an active soldier at the Corps and a member of the Divisional Men's Planning Committee.


Corps Officer Major Joseph Nyamuzihwa said Dambaza's tireless leadership and dedication to Men's Ministries have transformed countless lives, leaving a lasting legacy of faith, hope, and love that will inspire future generations.


"Mr. Dambaza was a shining example of dedication and commitment to the Lord's work. As Men's Ministries Secretary, he tirelessly served the congregation, inspiring countless men to deepen their faith and walk with God. His leadership, guidance, and encouragement helped transform lives, fostering a spirit of brotherhood and unity." Major Nyamuzihwa said.


Dambaza is survived by his wife and three children.


Meanwhile MacDonald Kaseke, young brother of Lt. Colonel Sheila Chitanda, was also buried in Zvimba yesterday.


On behalf of the family, Assistant Chief Secretary Lt. Colonel Henry Chitanda expressed heartfelt gratitude to all who offered support during this difficult time.
